Wild Bill’s Saloon
Banff’s legendry saloon in the heart of Banff Avenue’s commercial district is famous for its western-style décor, live entertainment and classic pub fare. Both individuals and groups are welcomed. The saloon's new owners have embarked on an ambitious program to improve the menu, entertainment bill and space. A new smoker in the kitchen allows chefs to offer authentic smokehouse cuisine that features Texas BBQ steak, ribs and brisket selections. Live music that ranges from country to rock (including top touring bands) as well as occasional comedy acts are presented on Wild Bill’s stage.
- Starters: wings, BBQ nachos, riblets, fried pickles, campfire cheese plate, bacon wrapped shrimp skewers, avocado dip and ‘Porch Swing’ corn fritters
- Campfire Chili: served in soft sourdough bread bowl
- Chicken Avocado Club: with chipotle-lime mayo
- Elk Burger: stuffed with house smoked gouda and topped with grilled red peppers, chipotle-lime mayo
- Smokehouse Burger: AAA ground chuck blended with house double-smoked bacon topped with smoky corn relish, BBQ sauce and grilled red pepper
- Sausage Slider Dawgs: bratwurst, kobasa and Italian varieties with caramelized onions in pretzel buns
- BBQ Pulled Pork: braised and slow-cooked in smoky Bourbon BBQ Sauce and topped with crisp slaw
- Bill’s Legendary BBQ Pork Ribs: St Louis style ribs, served with baked beans or fries and coleslaw
- Harvest-stuffed Mushroom: portobello stuffed with rice, vegetables and banana peppers; topped with goat cheese and served on dressed greens
- Skillet-Blackened Rockfish, and Maple BBQ Salmon
- Cowboy Steak and Frites: choice of flat iron or ribeye served with cilantro compound butter
- Grandma’s Berry Cobbler: with vanilla bean ice cream
