The Old Spaghetti Factory
The Old Spaghetti Factory Banff is filled with antiques, stained glass, Tiffany lights and other memorabilia reminiscent of the early 20th century. Large picture windows that open wide on nice days offer views of Rundle and Sulphur mountains. There is a rock fireplace and lounge area with TVs that show sports. All meals are carefully prepared, and made fresh daily on the premises using only quality ingredients. All entrées include soup or salad, warm sourdough bread with whipped garlic butter, and tea or coffee at no additional charge; spumoni ice cream is also included at dinner.

- Chorizo Penne Al Fresca: with spicy chorizo sausage
- Prawn or Chicken Red Thai Curry Linguine
- Vegetarian and Mama Pulosi’s Lasagna
- Chorizo Cannelloni: hand rolled pasta tubes stuffed with spicy sausage, green onion and cheese
- Chicken or Veal à la Parmigiana: breaded and grilled; baked with mozzarella, parmesan and tomato sauce
- Baby Back Ribs: slow cooked with smoky BBQ sauce
- New York Steak: 8 oz cut with sautéed mushrooms; choice of spaghetti with tomato sauce or fries
