Juniper Bistro & Lounge
The Bistro is inspired by regional ‘Crossroads Cuisine’ that bridges two abundant food baskets from the east and west. Recently acclaimed by Enroute magazine as a top restaurant in western Canada, Juniper Bistro offers a casual, tranquil atmosphere that includes a large sunny patio, après ski fireside lounge and private dining. Signature dishes include blueberry braised bison short ribs, west coast seafood hot pot, and Canadian meat and cheese platters made with regional all-natural and organic ingredients. The stunning mountain and valley views provides a feast for the eyes as well.

- Carmen Creek Bison Short Ribs: ale and blueberry braised, organic agria potatoes, vegetables, bison jus
