Coyotes Southwestern Grill

Off Banff’s main street is a small, charming eatery with a solid local following. Their motto “great tasting food that is good for you” reflects owners Trudy Allan’s and Kathy Johnson’s healthy mountain lifestyles. Southwestern and Mediterranean dishes incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables, regional fish and meat, and chilies from hot to mild. The warm décor includes terra cotta tile and wood furnishings; sit at the counter by the open kitchen to see the culinary team in action. Enjoy fresh squeezed juices, custom dark roasted coffee or New World wines with weekly by-the-glass offerings.
