Sharing ownership, venue, wine cellar and superb kitchen with Banff’s venerable Restaurant Le Beaujolais, the Bistro offers a more casual dining atmosphere reminiscent of classic Paris cafés. The cushioned chairs, dark wood walls and a stellar mountain view compliment the time-honored French bistro cuisine. Watch for chalkboard posted plats du jour, family style Sunday specials and wine by the glass features that change weekly. Come as you are; the dress code is casual.
